Polara Golf hires Action Television to produce national commercial and online media campaign

DENVER - (March 2011) Action Media recently hired by Polara Golf to produce new TV and online video content for the Ultimate Straight golf ball. The company will begin with the production of a television commercial and several information product videos aimed at helping golfers with the concept of playing a non-conforming ball that flies straighter and encourages game enjoyment. The strategy will be to spurn interest by challenging golfers to consider why they play golf in the first place, for entertainment and fun. Once the viewer gains interest in the product Action Media will guide a targeted series of landing pages to move the golfer from interest to purchase.

"Our strategy is to create a communication chain using our television and social video toolset to pull golfers into the reality that they play golf for fun", states Action Television Executive Producer Michael Billingsley. " We hope to use humor and testimonial to get golfers to give the ball a try."

Action Media intends to utilize its proprietary BrandVisionTM Online Video Marketing toolkit to drive search penetration and social engagement with the Polara brand. In addition, the company will deploy a series of keyword targeted microsites to capture existing golf queries and introduce the Polara golf ball to these online visitors.

That is especially rare in television and new media production, where typically only the producer is the business person and everyone else in the process is a creative. Mike can wear all hats through the process of idea conception, storyboarding and creative, contract negotiation, field production, post production, and delivery. I've worked with Michael as a vendor, as a client and as a business partner and I find his work impeccable."— Dee Rambeau, Owner, The Fuel Team, A PRNewswire Company
